Farmer's Week

This May 15th we celebrate Costa Rican Farmer's Day, and this week at International St. Jude School we held Farmers' Fairs in both preschool and elementary. This is an event that brings together the vibrant spirit of agriculture and community. It is a celebration of the hard work, the dedication of the hands of our farmers. But most of all to highlight the importance of supporting local agriculture.

But perhaps the most important aspect of the Farmers' Fair is the sense of community it fosters. It is an opportunity for students and families to connect, share stories and forge lasting bonds. In an increasingly urbanized world, events like these remind us of the importance of staying connected to our agricultural roots and supporting those who work tirelessly to feed us all.
